Please read below terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. You are expected to be fully understood and accepted below terms.
在下單前,請細閱以下條款。顧客下單後,將視為完全明白及接受條款。

Online Store
Our online store operates 24 hours a day. Our working hours is from 11:30 - 19:00, Tuesday OFF. Orders placed outside this period will be processed the next working day.


When you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
 
You can cancel/change your order for any reason within 2 days after you have received the order confirmation email. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel/change your order, please note that 5% handling fee of the total order amount will be charged.
我們的網站是24小時運作,員工辦公時間為 11:30 - 19:00;星期二休息。於辦公時間以外提交的訂單將會於下一個工作天處理。

在網站下單後,顧客會收到訂單確認的電郵。

顧客只可於收到訂單確認的電郵後,2天內取消或更改訂單。如需取消或更改訂單,請盡快聯絡我們。以上改動將收取訂單總額的 5%作手續費。

Product Conditions 產品

Please allow -/+ 4cm size tolerance for your sofa / other upholstery products. The size needs to be measured by the widest point.
請知悉梳化或其他布藝軟墊產品可能會存在 +/- 4cm 的尺寸誤差。測量尺寸需以產品最闊位置起測量,如與標示尺寸有 +/- 4cm 或以內的誤差,均屬於正常範圍。

There might be color deviation of the screen display so we strongly recommend you to visit our physical store in person to review the product quality and color.
產品實物與電腦螢幕顯示出來會有色差,我們強烈建議顧客親臨門市參考實體色板。

Our wooden furniture is made by solid wood or combination of solid wood + plywood with natural veneer. Each wood pieces has its own natural wood grain, the pattern of the final products will be different from our sample or photos.
我們的產品是用全實木或半實木(實木+夾板+天然木皮)製成。每件木製產品均有其天然的紋理,且每件紋理都是獨一無二,最終製成品的紋理必定會跟門市或相片不同。

We provide 1 years period warranty begins on the date of delivery.  Warranty does not cover below:

由送貨日開始計,我們為產品提供1年保養。保養不包括:
1) Scratch on the used products.
    產品使用後出現花痕、刮花。
2) The natural color and wood grain change on solid wood.
    實木因時間出現的自然變化: 紋理、顏色等。
3) Wrinkles on upholstery products.
    皮、布藝產品出現的皺褶。
4) Or products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or improper storage.
 及一切因產品暴露在惡劣環境下或不正當使用產品而導致產品出現的損壞。

Delivery and installation fee are not included in the warranty.
送貨及安裝費用不包括在保養範圍。

Delivery and Shipping Terms 運輸及送貨
(a)   The standard lead-time takes 4-12 weeks for most orders. It is approximate and is dependent on the availability of furniture manufacturer and oversea shipping time.

產品貨期約為 4-12星期,視乎供應商出貨及海外運輸時間。

(b)  You are responsible to ensure the ordered product(s) size can pass all the entrance doors, elevators and corridors, etc.

顧客需確保下單的產品尺寸可通過所有出入口通道、升降機及走廊等。

(c) Balance payment shall be paid at least 1 day before the scheduled delivery date.

所有尾數請於送貨前最少一天前付清。

(d)   After signing the delivery note, the product(s) are confirmed as completely inspected and handover to you. 

顧客在收貨時需檢查清楚貨物,在收貨人簽署送貨單後,貨品將視為已完成檢查及收貨。

(e)   WOODIFY Living Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage(s) to customer’s home caused by furniture delivery. Please make sure there are enough protection to your home and household products.

在送貨前,顧客需先行做好場地保護及將易碎品搬開。任何送貨途中造成的場地破損,本公司將不會作出賠償。
