The standard delivery time for our products is 4-12 weeks, subject to the transportation time. We keep stock for a few items, it is suggested to contact us for checking the inventory status before placing order.
Small items delivery
For small items, customers can choose SF Express (Cash on Delivery) or collect the products from our store. Prior reservation is required for collection.
We can arrange cargo vans to deliver the orders to client's designated pick-up point. Should door-to-door delivery be requested, please liaise with the driver for applicable additional charges. Transportation fees are the responsibility of the client.
Large furniture delivery
For large furniture, we suggest using our delivery service. Delivery charged as below. Our delivery package includes door-to-door service, professional installation, and disposal of packing materials.

There will be an additional $200 surcharge for delivery addresses beyond 50 meters from the unloading point.
Customers will be notified via WhatsApp or phone call once the goods are ready for pickup or delivery. To reschedule a delivery, please inform us at least 1 day in advance. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable delivery fee, along with an additional delivery charge. (Free delivery for orders over $8,000 applies only once)
Delivery service will be re-scheduled if typhoon signal no.8 or above, a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted.

Furniture disposal service
We provide furniture disposal services for our customers. To receive a quote, customers are required to send us photos or measurements of the furniture and confirm the disposal service at least 1 day before delivery.
