How to take care of your furniture

Taking care of your furniture properly, they will be more long lasting.

Material

- Always use dry and clean cloth to remove dust and grime, avoid using damp cloth to your wood furniture.

- Never spray alcohol or apply harsh cleaners on wood, to avoid any damage on coating. Use neutral detergent or distilled soap to clean your wood furniture surface.

- Keeping your furniture away from direct sunlight.

- Always use coasters and thick mats to avoid direct contact of hot items with wood, otherwise the wood surface may damaged.

- Please turn on your dehumidifier when the humidity is high. High moisture content causes the wood to swell, or even get moldy (Please refer to below solution when you found your wood furniture get moldy). Excessive dryness causes wood to split and crack  Please maintain a normal humidity level in your home. (The best humidity level: around 40% - 55%)

- Put desiccant inside the cabinet when it is under high humidity. 

- Keep your furniture away from wall by distance of 0.5 - 1cm.

- Do not let water or liquid leave on your wood furniture,  wipe it off with dry and clean cloth immediately. 

- Use dry cloth to remove dust and grime on surface, vacuum your upholstered furniture regularly for better cleaning.

- Please use dry washing for the fabric that can be taken off for washing.

- High moisture content causes the fabric or sponge to damp. Please maintain normal humidity level in your home.

- Keep away your fabric upholstery furniture from rubbing by sharp material.

- Keep away your fabric upholstery furniture from sunlight exposure.

- Please entirely lift up your furniture while moving to avoid scratching your floor.

- Please note that it is normal that effectiveness of the water and stain repellent will decrease by time and usage condition.  

- Use dry cloth to remove dust and grime on surface, vacuum your upholstered furniture regularly for better cleaning.

- Detergent may destroy the effectiveness of the water and stain repellent, please do a test on a small area before applying onto the upholstery.

- Keep away your fabric upholstery furniture from rubbing by sharp material.

- Keep away your fabric upholstery furniture from sunlight exposure.

- Leathaire (fabric) is more resistant to pet scratching. However, please be reminded to  trim your pet's nails / calws, even it is more durable to scratching than linen fabric, there are no fabric with 100% resistant to scratching. The sharp nails / claws can still cause damage to scratch resistant fabric.

- Avoid letting your pet keep scratching at the same place of the fabric

- Use dry or damp cloth to remove dust and grime (Leathaire fabric are usually water repellent). Vacuum your upholstered furniture regularly for better cleaning.

- Please use dry washing for the fabric that can be taken off for washing.

How to remove the stain on your leather / PU furniture?

For some stains, it can be removed by below simple method:
Use rubber eraser to remove the stains with water drop on your leather/PU furniture surface.

- Keep away your fabric upholstery furniture from rubbing by sharp material.

-Use neutral detergent or distilled soap to clean the marble surface.

- Use soft and dry cloth to remove liquid.
